Stop Giving Away The INNER POWER you Need to Organize your life.

Lately, I’ve found myself standing at a crossroads, faced with a familiar dilemma that perhaps you’ve encountered too:

Where is the best place to focus my energy?

Where will it be the most productive?

How happy will I be with the results?

It’s not just a matter of productivity but of personal fulfillment. Will the choices lead me to a place where I’m not only efficient but truly happy with the outcomes?

One thing to consider when making your daily schedule is that we are often influenced more by our surroundings than by our habits or personalities. The impulse to move forward is shaped by the demands of our schedule, family, media, financial challenges, and insecurities curated by external forces.

The Chaos Conundrum

It’s said that chaos can be a test for creativity. Many artists thrive in tumultuous conditions, drawing deep inspiration from disorder. This raises a curious question: do we, consciously or not, seek out or fabricate chaos to fuel our creative endeavors and purposes?

Suffering vs. Pleasure

There’s a certain romance in the notion of finding purpose through suffering as if pain were a more valid muse than joy and possibly proof of our authenticity. But this perspective begs reconsideration. If we can extract profound meaning from our lows, why not seek the same depth in our pleasures?

A Lesson from Fasting

Dr. Jason Fung’s insights on intermittent fasting and body receptors offer a fascinating parallel. Just as fasting reacquaints us with our body’s signals, might we also tune into other levels of healing and understanding where we are creating negative patterns that override our relationship with our body's receptors?

We can use his example to reconnect with our body receptors on other levels of healing.

The most dangerous thing is to disconnect from your internal communication receptors. Dreams are important, but when we try to discover our priorities, we should go back to our priorities. List your priorities to understand how much control you have over your life.

So, how do you reconnect?

Sit in solitude,

Clear the cobwebs,

Get to know yourself outside the distraction.

If you are not actively constructing your ambitions, you will become architects of someone else’s vision.

The result of investing in potential validation, support, and love someone else might or might not provide.

 Learning the value of self-worth.

When someone expects something from you, remember it's their vision, not yours.

Towards Something, Not Away

The essence of growth lies in moving toward something, not only away from dysfunction or discomfort. It’s about actively working toward a vision, a dream, and a purpose.

Have a clear understanding of where you are going.

Try this: Draw a line down the center of a piece of paper. On one side, note what you’re running from; on the other, what you’re moving towards. This visual can starkly reveal the dichotomy of our actions and motivations.

What do you mean when you say…

Language and the words you choose can tell you so much about our inner world. Take a word that holds significance for you, and let's break it down: The word. What does it truly mean to you? Next, you’ll find a story. Then ask yourself what that means to you.

This exercise can reveal underlying fears, desires, or blockages, guiding you toward deeper self-understanding.

By asking ourselves these probing questions and engaging in reflective exercises, we begin to rebuild trust with our inner selves. It’s in this introspection that we discover the power to resolve our dilemmas and steer our lives toward genuine fulfillment.

Remember, the journey toward self-discovery and purposeful living is as much about embracing the chaos as it is about finding joy in the calm.

Wishing you a week filled with meaningful discoveries and genuine inspiration,

Esther
